This delicious Starbuck's copycat recipe is the perfect icy beverage to kickstart your day! Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate is shaken with The Best Homemade Oat Milk, Brown Sugar Simple Syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon! So good!

Ingredients
Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Cold Brew
- 4 ounces Cold Brew Concentrate
- 4 ounces oat milk we use The Best Homemade Oat Milk recipe
- 1 ounce Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice as needed for shaking and serving
Cold Brew Concentrate (This recipe makes enough Cold Brew Concentrate for 4 Beverages.)
- ¾ Cup plus 2 Tablespoons ground coffee ethically-sourced, freshly-ground beans recommended
- 22½ ounces filtered water
Brown Sugar Simple Syrup (This recipe makes enough Brown Sugar Simple Syrup for at least 4 beverages.)
- ½ Cup brown sugar
- ½ Cup filtered water
Instructions
Cold Brew Concentrate
- Gather, measure and prepare the Cold Brew Concentrate ingredients as listed. To view metric measurements, toggle the US Customary/Metric switch at the top of this recipe card.
- In a large container, combine ground coffee and water. Stir until all the grounds are incorporated in the water.
- Seal the container and place in the fridge for 8-12 hours.
- Strain through a fine mesh strainer lined with a coffee filter. The concentrate can be made ahead of time and kept refrigerated for up to one week.
Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- Gather, measure and prepare the Brown Sugar Simple Syrup ingredients as listed.
- In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and water. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until all of the brown sugar has dissolved.
- Remove the syrup from the heat and allow to cool to room-temperature. Syrup can be made ahead of time and kept refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Cold Brew
- Gather, measure and prepare the Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Cold Brew ingredients as listed.
- Combine Cold Brew Concentrate, oat milk, Brown Sugar Simple Syrup and ground cinnamon in a cocktail tin (or mason jar) with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Strain the contents of the tin into a Collins glass (or enjoy straight from the jar!). Fill glass with fresh ice for serving. Enjoy!
